Regulus Arcturus Black

Regulus was the younger brother of Sirius Black. Unlike his brother, Regulus favored by his parents because he shared their pureblood prejudices; soon after leaving Hogwarts, he joined the Death Eaters.

He is the mysterious 'R.A.B.' who stole the locket Horcrux. Regulus' middle name and the fact that he is the infamous 'R.A.B.' were confirmed by a well-placed source 28 August, 2005.
