交流不止正弦,根据交流的定义电流大小或者方向变化的就是(这是个逻辑与),比如阶跃形式的电流(大小相等,方向相反)此时就不能说除以根号2,不同的交流电流交流电压求有效值是不同,(具体怎么求,高中学过,我忘了,不能把错误的给你,有条件的话查下高中的物理书)给你电压的话求出电压有效值,再按直流电压公式计算,给你电流的话求出电流有效值,带入直流电流公式计算。
