M20的公称直径就是20 一般加工螺纹时都要比公称直径小一点。普通紧固件保证内外螺纹通过间隙不能过大就行。也就是外螺纹负差内螺纹正差互配,要求精度高的用螺纹通止规测量加工。

外螺纹大径的计算公式为D大=基本尺寸-0.13*P d。
