Re :Amendment to L/C
We have received your L/C No.1111 issued by the Bank of Singapore covering your order No.11. However, upon checking, we find that some point in the L/C do not conform to the Contract. We request that you amend the L/C as follow:
⑴Payment should be made at sight rather than at 60 days after sight.
⑵Partial shipments should be allowed.
⑶Validity should be extended to June 30.
We hope you can make the above amendments as soon as possible so that we can make timely shipment.
