How come的用法大部份就等于why但是它的用法没有像why那么广, 它 通常是用在你觉得奇怪, 而问为什么的时候。 虽然how come跟why的用法上差不多, 但二者的问法不同, 例如上 句,"Why is this part broken?"换成how come的话, 要说成,"How come this part is broken?"注意一下, 这二句的be动词位置是不一样的。
