楼上的同志太武断了,有电不动还有可能是轴承卡死了。有万用表的电阻档测量电机的三相电阻,根据电阻的大小来定水泵的好坏,正常的三相电机的三相电阻要满足以下条件:一是三相任意两相之间的电阻要相等,大电机一般是几欧左右。如果不相等,偏差在正负三欧以内可以接受,二是任意一相的不能对电动机外壳短路。不满足的话就说明电机坏了。

先说三相电机,对小于15kw的三相异步电动机。先将六个从接线柱上取下。然后u-u\v-v\w-w三组线圈电阻值做下对比,如果不一样很可能是电阻值低的那组有匝间短路,此时uvw也应是绝缘的。大于15kw电机由于阻值太小超出了万用表的分辨能力。对于更小的内部直接接成星形的电机,由其阻值较大,可以直接测量三个线头,三个值不一样则可以判断已坏。
小功率单相电机主副绕组阻值为零或无穷大时可以肯定它已坏掉。对慢转和嗡嗡响不转等原因多是由机械原因或电容损坏引起,电容问题可用好的电容试之。
