其实只有采用补偿型补偿导线(常见用于贵金属
S、R、B
型热电偶)时才有接线端温度问题。对于延长型补偿导线无需考虑。
补偿型补偿导线型号的第二个字母是C(第一个字母是分度号)。延长型是X。
考虑接线端温度是因为补偿导线的工作温度范围限制(其实都高于200℃),延长型补偿导线的材质和热电偶一致,所以不存在这个问题。

使用热电偶补偿导线应注意:
(1)各种补偿导线只能与相应型号的热电偶配用,就是各种热电偶和所配用的补偿导线在规定温度(0~100℃)范围内热电特性必须是相同的。
(2)补偿导线猖热电偶连接点的温度不得超过规定的使用温度。
(3)补偿导线和热电偶、仪表连接时,正负极不能接错,而且两端接点要处于相同的温度。
(4)要根据所配仪表的线路电阻要求,选用补偿导线线径。
