This article introduces the structural scheme of toy railway mould, analysis and discuss for mould working procedures and precautions during processing. In recent years CAD/CAM technology has been mature. CAD/CAM technology is preferred by domestic medium and small enterprises. And plastic products, 3D design of mould and 3D analysis during moulding have got more and more attentions. Personally, I think UG moulding is easier than CAD. CAD is used to make two dimensiton drawing and UG for mould opening. This Scheme uses Auto CAD 2007 and UG to make two dimensiong and three dimension graph separately. It describes the gating system design, ejection mechanism design, joint face design, cooling system design in mould design. It also makes the methods and schemes for moulding parts processing.During the design, it analyze for the integral structure and non-standard spare parts of the mould. And it checks the parameters of the system and makes the drawings.
