在图一,是个Nmos,只能S极接地。因为通过Vgs的电压来开关mos。S极接地则S极的电势是0V。

只需控制G极,即Vin1来控制这个Nmos。Vin1是高电平,则mos打开,Vin1是低电平,则mos关断。

在图二,是个Pmos,Vgs是个负值才能打开mos。现在s极接的是电源,也就是s极的电平是高电平。那么只需G极是0V ,mos 就会导通。G极是高电平时,mos关断。

综上所述,是Nmos的话,就S极接地。Pmos就S极接电源。都是给S极一个固定的电位。
