上限接点和下限接点用按钮代替?是实验操作,只需给个模拟数值,当上限接点按钮输入,即此时变频器开始动作45HZ开始分段递减。下限接点按钮输入则从15HZ开始分段递增,频率给入变频器,只需将PLC输出接变频器模拟输入(例用电流输入4-20MA)需将变频器拨码开关打到电流输入PLC输出方式也得设置为电流,接完后调下变频器如西门子MM440的话讲P1000变频器固有频率按你所说的调下,程序的话只需将输入的固有频率数值转换为0-27648的数据传递给变频器。至于指示灯,那更好写,如要详细可以联系ME!

还用多段速啊 太麻烦了 用压力表做PID控制不就可以了吗 还设置那么多干什么呢 十几个点的PLC, 三个继电器 水泵机太大再加三个接触器,一个压力表 一个变频器也就差不多这么多东西 要是不轮换使用的话PLC都可以不用

晕,都什么年代了还用多段位的,不嫌麻烦啊???用压力传感器,plc组成个闭环控制系统就行了噻,根据压力大小来调节和控制轮换时间,如果不需要控制轮换时间的话,真的还不用plc都行。

楼上有道理,有PID就可以直接控制了, 不需要7段的形式,而且它也控制不好.
