所谓导程,是指丝杆转动一圈时滑块移动的距离(假定是1mm);如果步进电机的步进角为0.9度,那么400步走完一圈,导致滑块移动1mm(1倍导程);这意味着每步对应的滑块移动距离是1/400,即0.0025mm,这就是3D打印机的分辨率,或者说,单次精度。但是由于丝杆和步进电机之间的耦合必定存在回滞,同时其他部件多少存在系统误差,导致打印机的重复定位精度比上述理论值差得多,预计能做到0.005mm是很困难的,做到0.01就非常了不起了。至于速度,与步进电机的指标有关,另一方面与3D打印机的机械强度有关,与步进电机加速、减速时的加速度有关,与打印材料的温度、出料率有关。
