对于第1个疑问,特别是关于U1、U2两个光电发射管是如何工作的,楼上已经有很好地解释,但对第2点的解释可能还无法让你释惑,原因是非们74HC04的一个关键性作用还没说透。这个电路中的两个光电耦合器,说是用于过零检测还不如说检测零点电压更准确,不论是交流信号的正半周还是负半周,一旦“过零”了,U3A的输入端就是低电平,反相后INT0就是高电平,而AT89C52的中断是下降边沿或低电平触发的(有很多不能选择触发边沿的单片机也是这样的),一旦过零了中断也就触发不了了。所以,只有在零点处,U3A的输入端处于高电平,反相之后所产生的脉冲下降边沿或低电平才能触发中断INT0,相对于图中的INT0,我想这才是非门74HC04关键性的作用。
1)没啥不好理解的:由于二极管的单向导通性,且导通需要一定的节电压,所以在零点附近不能导通
2)加一级非门其一作为隔离其二是为了增加驱动能力
在AC-IN1正,AC-IN2负时,U2的内部发光二极管导通,U2内部的光电三极管C、E导通!U2-C变低;
在AC-IN1负,AC-IN2正时,U1的内部发光二极管导通,U1内部的光电三极管C、E导通!U1-C变低;
在接近0点时,由于AC-IN 1-2的电压不能维持其U1、U2内部的发光二极管导通,所以其内部的光电三极管均截止,此时U3A的1脚变高!
由于单片机主要识别的是高、低(1、0),在介于高、低(1、0)中间时,芯片不易识别;而U1、U2的输出电平受AC-IN 1-2的正弦波的影响,其输出的不是方波,其上升、下降沿比较缓慢,所以要经过U3的整形,变成方波。这样才容易被单片机识别!
此电路还是相当稳定的!可靠性挺好!其主要是隔离式0点测测,0点检测与电网高电压隔离开的,所以很安全!
1、关于U1和U2分别导通问题
当输入的交变信号在AC-IN1端口是正半周时,只有U2的二极管处于正向偏置所以U2导通。此时U1中的二极管处于反向偏置而截至。
当输入的交变信号在AC-IN1端口是负半周时,只有U1的二极管处于正向偏置所以U1导通。此时U2中的二极管处于反向偏置而截至。
因此U1与U2在完整的交变信号中是轮流导通的。
2、关于U1和U2分别导通输出为低电平问题
当U2导通时,其内部的三极管在足够光信号的激发下处于完全导通状态,三极管Uce约等于0.3伏,因此输出为低电平。
U1导通时输出低电平原理与上述相同。
3、交流电源正弦波过零的瞬间
正弦波在过零的那一刻,施加于U1、U2上二极管的电压也是零,因此其内部三极管无光信号的激发而截至。U3A的“1”端电位数值被+5V电源锁定,因此U1、U2此时输出高电平5V。
4、接非门74HC04问题
U1、U2输出的信号仍是正弦波半周信号,经过非门74HC04的整形会得到一串矩形波信号,这才能符合数字电路的需求。
