after studying the background of migrant workers' medical security system, the article analyses its current problematic situation, and offers some policy suggestions on national and local-level issues such as administration, implementation of rules, standardized management, payment ratio of medical security, logistics system of drugs, so as to provide a policy platform for migrant workers's medical security safety net.
