为了实现对输液器液体点滴速度的检测,对液体点滴实际情况进行分析,得到了对液滴速度计算的数学模型和算法设计。在此基础上,设计了一套基于89C51单片机的智能液体点滴速度检测装置。本论文围绕设计分为设计指导思想、单片机综述、系统方案论证与选择、系统硬件设计与实现、系统软件设计、系统调试、论文结论等部分。具体硬件设计包括红外光电传感器和LM567芯片数据采集与优化模块、单片机数据处理中心、四位共阴数码管速度显示模块,完成了液体点滴速度的检测与报警功能。
