Abstract

This is against our country in international trade suffered by the status quo of anti-dumping and our discussion of coping strategies. China's rapid export growth in recent years, large trade surplus in the international situation, the anti-dumping cases continue to emerge. China has become subjected to anti-dumping cases than any other country. Anti-dumping has become the countries in the global market of Chinese products to deal with an important means. This situation to our predicament brought about by international economic exchanges with the hazards, the ultimate impact of China's export trade. Therefore, understanding and knowledge of the status quo in international trade and regulations, research and analysis on China's anti-dumping abroad and the reasons for the status quo and to make appropriate coping strategies for Chinese enterprises to better adapt to WTO rules and to promote economic development in China is of great practical significance.

This article, from government, industry organizations and enterprises to implement coping strategies in three areas: on the one hand the government through international negotiations and coordination of efforts to obtain a fair determination of the relative standards; the implementation of macro-control, and guide the realization of a diversified product mix; to speed up the anti-dumping legal system the establishment. On the other hand, industry organizations to establish an effective anti-dumping early warning mechanism to guide and help enterprises to obtain the victory of anti-dumping proceedings. Finally, enterprises should improve their own technology, the establishment of modern management mechanism, enhance the legal awareness, the greatest degree of anti-dumping investigation to avoid.
