需要看你要比较字符串的collation,有的是区分的，有的是不区分的 比如 General_Latin1_CI_AS 就是不区分的General_Latin1_CS_AS 就是区分的 一般带ＣＩ的collation不区分， case insensitive带 CS的Collation区分，case sensitive
