After the spring festival of 2011,I took over an optimization project for Beijing Mobile TD operation and Maintainace.During that project,our focus was on the communication security work of National Eleventh Five-year Major Exhibition of Achievements in Science and Technology held in the State Conference Center.It was hard work,so we worked very hard.The smooth progress of the exhibition filled us with pride.
From May,2011 till now,I've been doing in the fourth-stage construction of Qinghai Mobile TD optimization project.My major work were: Extract network KPI;analyse the problems in TOPN community and spot the locations by combining communication system,drive test data and alarming clock;optimize the network capability by means by adjusting the project parameter,community parameter and the system parameter;control disturbance and pilot frequency pollution while optimizing the signal coverage;optimize problems like the access failure, call failure, over-line coverage, adjacent area affiliation leakage,pilot frequency pollution and switching caused by the network coverage.
As it's been quite a long time since I graduated from school and I don't have any experience of working overseas,my English competence is not very ideal.I can read a given piece of English material but I can't make it by speaking it out with my own words.Anyway,I have a strong will to improve my English.
