看我翻译的英语有无错误，有的话请指出，并说明理由

个人意见：
With success never by accident应调整为：With success never gained by accident，
success是名词，你的翻译给人感觉它与后面的by accident 衔接不上，那就是枝册空说，少了姿烂表示“获得、得到”之类的非谓猛瞎语动词部分。

With的部分不大通顺，这两个分句之间并不是伴随关系所以用with不大合适，用and把两个分句并列起来吧中返。“坚定信卖乎饥念”用determined不对，这个形容词以ed结尾一般是形容“人”有决心的，我觉得用tough更合适。另外修饰people的又有定语从句又有with结构虽然没语法错误但感顷激觉有点怪，我觉得并列起来更顺些：only people who are willing to work hard and have tough belief will succeed

嗯，很好哦。就是独立主格结构有点问题。虽然也可以用with+n+介词短语的用法，如：with a book in hand.但是这里success 和by accident 的逻辑关系并不明显，最氏纤好加个achieved

而且表with一般表和主语的伴随，特征，表原因的话用as从句好点.
而且，你用码核了一个介词短语和定语从句同时修饰people，虽然没有语法错迟核掘误，但是有点别扭哈。最好用相同的结构。把你的稍微改了下：
As success can never be achieved by chance,I believe that only people with strong edurance to hardships and firm determination can enjoy success.

指出错误并说明理由，比较难。因为纤盯笑您的句子的条理性比较毁含差，不够 idiomatic，也就是说，老外不是这种说则悉话方式。如果这样改一改，您看好不好？

I believe that success is by no means accidental but attained by those who are determined and willing to word really hard.

I believe that success is not accidental, only those who are willing to endure hardship and with a firm belief will succeed.
